What cleaning products do you use?
DoubleTime Cleaning Services exclusively provides all cleaning products and equipment for our services, and we do not utilize any of your household items. Our rationale behind this is rooted in our rigorous training program, where our employees learn precisely which products are appropriate for each surface. Using unfamiliar products could potentially harm your home if not applied correctly. In addition, we are committed to environmental responsibility by eliminating paper surveys and incorporating non-toxic products. We continuously strive to enhance the working conditions for our staff and to ensure an improved service for our customers.
Below is a list of products that our housekeeping employees regularly use:
1. Green Earth Natural APC: This serves as an all-purpose cleaner.
2. Green Earth Glass Cleaner: It is utilized for cleaning all glass surfaces.
3. OxyFect-G Peroxide Disinfectant Cleaner: This disinfectant is primarily employed in bathrooms.
4. Green Earth Natural Degreaser: Mostly used on kitchen countertops as a degreaser.
5. Vinegar: Upon request, it is applied to glass surfaces and diluted with water for cleaning hardwood floors.
Do you provide over the phone estimates or must you visit on site?
We provide three types of estimates: in-home, over the phone, and written estimates. All estimates are complimentary and do not come with any obligations. To obtain a written estimate, please visit our website and navigate to the “Estimate” tab, where you can provide the necessary information. To ensure an accurate house cleaning estimate, we will require details about the type of service you need and the total square footage to be cleaned. For any other types of estimates, please reach out to our office at (931) 225-8000.
Do I have to be home when you come to clean?
No, your presence is not required during your professional house cleaning service. In fact, most of our customers are away from home while we perform the cleaning. You have the option to leave us a spare key, which we will securely store in a lockbox, or provide access through a garage or door code.
Is there anything I need to do prior to your arrival?
Kindly ensure that any clothing and clutter are cleared from the floor and surfaces designated for cleaning. Our teams come equipped with their cleaning supplies and tools, and they will meticulously clean your home according to the chosen cleaning package. If you’ve selected the Premium Cleaning package, our housekeepers will also handle bed linens, replacing them with clean ones if provided.
Is a deep clean necessary?
We strongly advise scheduling a Deep Clean for new customers or those who haven’t received professional cleaning services in the past few months. You can discover further details about our Deep Clean offering on our Services page.
Do you provide a guarantee?
We are committed to the quality of our service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to us within 48 hours, and we will reassess the situation. We will make every effort to meet your expectations. In the event that a return visit is deemed necessary, we kindly request a minimum notice of 72 hours to make the necessary arrangements.
